Suzuki Swift 1.3 – Luz da injeção acendendo, instabilidade na marcha-lenta

Histórico/Causa do Problema:
Com a chave de ignição desligada foi feito um “jump” entre os
terminais B e C da tomada de diagnóstico (tomada de 4 terminais) e efetuada a ativação do código lampejante. Ao ligar a chave de ignição a luz da injeção indicou através do código de piscadas o seguinte código: 13-Sonda lambda aquecida-sinal não flutua.
Substituída a sonda lambda o defeito foi sanado e ao ativar novamente o código de piscadas o código indicado foi: 12-Sistema sem falhas- Sistema OK.
Outros Detalhes:
Nem todo veículo permite ativação de código de piscadas.
Os veículos com tomada de diagnóstico tipo OBDII de 16 terminais não permitem.
Os modelos de que permitem ativação de código de piscadas são:
Com conector de diagnóstico de 4 terminais – fazer um jumper entre os terminais C e B.
Com conector de diagnóstico de 6 terminais – fazer um jumper os terminais D e B.
Em outros modelos existe ainda na caixa de fusíveis abaixo do volante do carro um encaixe para fusível separado dos demais, para ativar o código de piscadas encaixe um fusível neste local, ligue a chave e conte o código de piscadas.

Solução: Substituição da sonda lambda.

 






GM Vectra/ S10 /Blazer – Procedimento para partidas de emergência

Problema: Procedimento para partidas de emergência.


Procedimento:
Para efetuar partidas de emergência executar os seguintes passos:
1 – Utilizando um scanner resetar a memória do módulo da injeção;
2 – Desligar a chave de ignição;
3 – Remover o conector do módulo sistema imobilizador situado sob a capa da coluna da direção;
4 – Localizar os dois fios correspondentes ao pinos 6 (sinal de velocidade) e 7 (conexão com o sistema de injeção eletrônica) e efetuar um jumper (ponte) entre os dois fios;
5 – Efetuar a partida de emergência.
Nota: Caso o cliente queira retornar a utilizar o sistema imobilizador, será necessário recodificar todas as chaves.

 

 






GM Vectra 2.2 MPFI – Luz indicadora da transmissão acesa e velocímetro indicando 25 km/h com veículo parado

Problema: Luz indicadora da transmissão acesa e velocímetro indicando 25 km/h com veículo parado.
Retorno do Scanner: Sinal velocidade = 25km/h com veículo parado.


Histórico/Causa do Problema:
Nessa condição o cambio automático adotava estratégia de segurança e permanecia engatado em 3ª marcha constantemente.
No velocímetro e scanner a velocidade indicada mesmo com o veículo parado era
de 25 km/h, após movimentar as rodas passava a marcar a partir dessa velocidade.
Ao desligar o sensor da roda dianteira esquerda (é nessa roda que é colhido o sinal de velocidade) a indicação de velocidade caía para “0”.
Testado o sensor comparando o sinal de tensão e a resistência com sensores das outras rodas, constatou-se que o mesmo estava sem defeito.
Nesse veículo a conversão analógico-digital do sinal de velocidade é feita pela central do ABS e TC (Controle de Tração), que após convertê-lo o envia aos seguintes sistemas: injeção, transmissão automática, controle de velocidade (piloto automático) e painel de instrumentos. O sinal é enviado através do pino 30 da central ABS.

Localização dos Componentes:
Módulo ABS e TC (Controle de Tração). Próximo à bateria.
Módulo de controle da Injeção. Abaixo da canaleta de chuva lado direito.
Módulo do Sistema de Controle de Velocidade (Piloto automático). Abaixo do módulo de controle ABS.
Módulo de Controle da Transmissão Automática. Atrás do porta-luvas

Solução: Substituição do módulo de controle do sistema ABS.

 

 






GM Vectra 2.2 8V – Luz da injeção acesa direto e marcha-lenta instável

Problema: Luz da injeção acesa direto e marcha-lenta instável.


Histórico/Causa do Problema:
Não dispondo de scanner na ocasião foi efetuado um jump (ponte) entre os pinos 4 e 6 da tomada de diagnose situada sob a alavanca do freio-de-mão.
Ao ligar a chave foi obtido o código de piscadas 39 que indica alta voltagem da sonda lâmbda.
Substituída a sonda lâmbda o defeito persistiu!
Colhendo informações sobre o histórico do veículo junto ao cliente, soubemos que o veículo havia trabalhado com gás durante um período.
Analisando sobre possíveis conseqüências em função do uso gás decidimos medir vazamentos nos cilindros e pressão de compressão.
Curioso é que a pressão de compressão estava normal, porém identificamos uma minúscula perda no teste de vazamento de cilindros entre os cilindros 2 e 3.
Removido o cabeçote identificamos uma falha mínima na vedação da junta entre os cilindros 2 e 3. Substituída a junta do cabeçote o defeito foi sanado.

Solução: Reparo do cabeçote.
Esclarecimentos Adicionais: O uso do gás promove na câmara de combustão um ambiente de temperatura mais elevada e mais desprovido de lubrificação em relação à gasolina (uma espécie de ressecamento), que a longo prazo pode implicar em conseqüências indesejáveis nos componentes do cabeçote.

 

 






GM S10 2.2 EFI – Luz da injeção acesa no painel e falha na aceleração com ar condicionado ligado

Problema: Luz da injeção acesa no painel e falha na aceleração com ar condicionado ligado.
Retorno do Scanner: Código 94 – Falha módulo Quad Driver (QDM) – U9. Relé do ar condicionado, relé do ventilador 1 ou relé do ventilador 2.


Histórico/Causa do Problema:
Diante da falha registrada no scanner foi iniciado o diagnóstico checando o chicote elétrico do relé do compressor do ar condicionado e relés da 1ª e 2ª velocidades dos eletro ventiladores.
Nessa verificação foi constatado que havia uma alteração no chicote do relé do eletro ventilador da 1ª velocidade de modo a isolar o resistor que está ligado em série com o pino 30 do relê. Restabelecidas as ligações na condição original e feito um reset a memória de falhas do módulo o defeito deixou de ocorrer.

Solução: Restabelecidas as ligações na condição original e e feito um reset a memória de falhas do módulo.

 

 






GM S10 2.2 EFI – Motor com instabilidade em marcha-lenta e não responde em retomadas e acelerações rápidas

Problema: Motor com instabilidade em marcha-lenta e não responde em retomadas e acelerações rápidas.


Histórico/Causa do Problema:

O sinal da sonda era bem próximo de 1 volt.

Em marcha-lenta a mistura estava muito rica.

O sistema de ignição foi todo checado e operava normalmente.

Sensor de temperatura da água dentro da faixa normal de trabalho.

Sistema de alimentação de de combustível operando normalmente, não havia gotejamento de bicos injetores, regulador de pressão ok, e pressão de combustível ok.

Removida a válvula EGR pra testes, constatamos que estava travada aberta o que justificava todo o problema.

Substituída a válvula EGR o defeito foi corrigido.

 

Solução: Substituição da válvula EGR.

 






GM Corsa 1.8 – Motor cortando ignição, falhando

Problema: Motor cortando ignição, falhando.
Retorno do Scanner: Códigos de falha U2105, U2116 e B2610 (erro presente).


Histórico/Causa do Problema:
Os códigos de falha iniciados com a letra “ U ” estão relacionados com a rede can (U2105 e U2116- Erro de comunicação na rede CAN e perda de comunicação com o painel de instrumentos) e o código de “B” 2610 tem relação com módulo de controle da carroceria, esses códigos tiveram sua origem na oxidação dos seguintes fusíveis:
F03 (7,5A) – Proteção do circuito de alimentação de vários componentes como: computador de bordo, imobilizador, painel de instrumentos, relé de barramento, relés de sinalização, iluminação, levantamento dos vidros etc…
F08 (10A) -Proteção do circuito das linhas 15 e 50 do módulo de controle da carroceria (BCM);
F02 (7,5A) – Proteção do circuito de alimentação do módulo da injeção eletrônica.

Solução: Limpeza/desoxidação dos contatos dos fusíveis.

 

 






GM Celta 1.4 – Motor ora pega, ora não pega

Problema: Motor ora pega, ora não pega.


Histórico/Causa do Problema:
O sistema de ignição operava normalmente durante a ocorrência do defeito, porém a bomba de combustível não acionava.
Medida a tensão que chegava no conector da bomba de combustível verificou-se que chegava apenas 4,5V.
Ao examinar as condições de aterramento da bomba de combustível, verificou-se a existência de uma resistência muito alta, o que gerava a queda de tensão de alimentação da bomba.

Solução: Corrigido o aterramento da bomba elétrica de combustível.

 

 






GM Celta 1.0 – Luz da injeção acende no painel

Problema: Luz da injeção acende no painel.
Retorno do Scanner: Falha na sonda lâmbda.


Histórico/Causa do Problema:
A sonda estava emitindo sinal dentro da faixa de trabalho, porém, percebemos que quando o eletro ventilador do sistema de arrefecimento entrava em funcionamento o sinal ficava travado sempre em torno de 900 milivolts.
Os fios de alimentação do eletro ventilador são conduzidos juntos com os fios da sonda lâmbda no mesmo chicote. Substituído o chicote o defeito foi sanado.

Solução: Substituição do chicote do eletro ventilador/sonda lâmbda.
